High quality plastic injection machines are equipped to satisfy austere conditions of various of resin types with high content of glass fiber, whose injection temperature can reach above 300ºC. With high standard equipment, dryers, robots, product quality control system, clean working environment, alongside well-trained staff, Anlap can meet with all customers’ requirements.

We have years of experience manufacturing custom plastic injection molded parts using common plastics (e.g. ABS, Polycarbonate, Nylon, Polypropylene, etc.) and engineering resins (e.g. Noryl, Valox, Santoprene, etc.).
Through significant investment in leading edge manufacturing equipment and the continued support from customers and loyal co-workers, Anlap has reinforced the commitment made by the founders to do whatever is necessary to meet and exceed customer expectations.
Anlap maintains a full-service tool design, building, and maintenance facility capable of producing a wide range of metal stamping and deep draw tooling, as well as complete manual and automated manufacturing systems.
Anlap gets full equipment power presses with capacity ranging from 25 tons to 2,500 tons. This enables Anlap to produce high-quality metal stampings in varying thickness of ferrous and non-ferrous metals of all types through automatic feed as well as through the hand-transfer process.
